Teach

TeachThe course

The four rooms are who sits. This is the course.

Everyone starts together. Then you split by the job you are accountable for — not the title on the card. The lab is the function’s files. I design that in; you do not pick it on the walk. The job on those files is produce, review, or own.

Click a room. The lessons stay on this page.

Foundation

Taught once, against real company material. Everyone starts here.

Pathway

The only split: the job you are accountable for.

Lab

One function, one set of files. The job on those files follows the role.

After

After the rooms have been worked. Build, then govern.

Not a deck. Work you can fail in public.

These are the rooms as I run them. The book’s calls are the same. Nothing here is stored.

Demo beat

Watch the ungrounded answer. Then attach the source.

Scripted first, so the judgement is the same every time. Nothing is stored.

You

What was last year’s variance on the travel line?

Sorting gate

What may go in.

Green may enter. Amber needs a local rule. Red stays out. A false green costs the same as a miss.

1 / 3 — Filed annual report, Companies House, last statutory year.

Skill forge

Build a skill. A prompt typed once is not an instruction set.

Name, owner, what it may do, what it must not, the gate. I fail a skill that reads like a prompt library.

What has to be true of a lesson

The unit is not the course and not the module. It is the lesson. If it fails this, it does not ship. I print every lesson the same way, so a function reviewing a new lab already knows how to read it.

Objective

What someone can do afterwards, as an action they could be asked to perform. “Understand X” cannot be assessed. “Produce Y” can.

Concepts

Which of the ten ideas the lesson applies, by code. A lesson that applies none is a demonstration. A concept applied in none is a lecture. Both come out.

Tools

The products used — or the explicit statement that none is. Several lessons use no tool at all.

Activity

What people physically do, on what material, in what order. This is the part most training proposals leave vague.

Output

The artefact that exists at the end and belongs to you. A lesson producing nothing produces nothing durable.

Evidence

How anyone knows the objective was met. Usually a behaviour rather than a score — a citation opened, a discrepancy caught.

You leave with four files. None of them is a slide.

01

Instruction set

What the assistant may do, what it must not, who owns it, and the change log.

02

Gate specification

Who approves, what they see, the reject path, and what is undone if it is wrong.

03

Evaluation set

Fixed cases, run every quarter and after any model change. Failures stay in the log.

04

Record schema

Input, output, identity, approver, time. What someone needs when the question arrives late.

I disclose what I build and sell. The commercial catalogue of this course sits with Axonifi. Advice from someone with a product is only worth having if they will tell you when not to buy it.
